I hope every educator will find something of interest on this blog. We all come to technology from our own personal background, and it is my aim to honor the wide variety of experience brought by all educators.

HURRY! Qwest grant is open!

Every teacher needs more technology for their classroom- right? If you live in the Qwest service area in Arizona, you need to rush to the AzTEA website to get the latest information on a grant which can net you up to $10,000!

You will want to register here for a brief webinar which will explain the grant process to you. At this moment, the grant materials are not posted on the website, but it is due on October 5, so bookmark the site and check back daily for materials.

If you live in Coconino County you may email me to get assistance with the grant proposal!

AzTEA (Arizona Technology in Education Association) is a sponsor of the grant along with Qwest, and you will need to be a member to apply. You can find membership information at the AzTEA site as well, and it's well worth the small cost!

Your grant proposal must describe a "Project-Based Learning" project you plan to implement. I'll be posting more on PBL in another post, so stay tuned!
